To streamline the process further, Your.Rentals manages the repayment of cash advances on behalf of customers by automatically reserving a percentage of future payouts. This approach ensures that repayments are seamlessly integrated into their cash flow, aligning comfortably with their revenue cycles. Moreover, for larger customers, Your.Rentals and finmid collaborate to create customised cash advance facilities that support rapid expansion and sustained growth.

Sanders Stay, a global short-term rental company with over 890 units, has utilised the funds to manage low cash reserves in the off-season and to add more units to their portfolio. Leveraging high payout limits exceeding one million euros, the partnership has facilitated multiple advances, contributing directly to Sanders Stay's expansion of its property inventory.
