About No Forks

When Lukas Tranavičius launched No Forks in 2016 with his childhood friend, the idea was simple: bring genuinely fresh, fast-casual food to Vilnius, inspired by concepts they had seen abroad.

"Our vision has always been to create fast food that's good and still healthy. People can eat with us every day and feel good about it,"

says Lukas.

Nearly ten years later, No Forks has grown to two locations, a loyal base of regulars, and the confidence to keep moving forward, fast. The chain is well known for their fresh burritos, tacos, and bowls prepared quickly, without sacrificing the quality.

Challenge: Growing while managing everyday realities

Recently, after nearly a decade in business, No Forks came across several challenges.

  1. 1.

The ventilation system, after years of use, was no longer keeping the space comfortable during peak hours.

  2. 2.

At the same time, seasonal slowdowns in summer, combined with rising labor and food costs, were causing some short-term liquidity issues.

This is where Wolt Capital, powered by finmid, stepped in.

Solution: Real support for practical issues

No Forks turned to Wolt Capital for a simple and fast way to access funding. The process was quick and easy, and payments were based on the restaurant's performance on Wolt platform.

"It's flexible, easy to access, and easy to repay. If you need money quickly without going through traditional banks, it's the best option,"

says Lukas.

Results: Stability first, growth next

With the ventilation upgrade in place, No Forks improved the dining environment for both guests and staff, especially during busy hours. The changes helped bring the physical space back in line with the standards the team had set for the restaurant.

At the same time, the added financial flexibility made it easier to navigate slower summer months without disrupting operations. Instead of reacting to short-term pressure, No Forks was able to stay focused on consistency, stability, and preparing for what comes next.

Lukas' advice for other business owners considering funding through Wolt Capital is simple:

"Use Wolt Capital wisely. Don't spend it on a car. But if you need to invest in your team, your equipment, or your stability, it's the best option."

A partnership for long-term growth

For No Forks Wolt started as a delivery platform that brought customers in. With Wolt Capital, it also provided stability and room to move. Lukas has already used Wolt Capital twice.

"It really was a lifeline. We used it to pay employees and suppliers until business picked up again."

Wolt Capital has elevated Wolt's relationship with its merchants to a new level. Over 30,000 Wolt merchants across 19 markets have received a cash advance opportunity, with over 80% renewing their initial advance. With a Net Promoter Score above 85, merchants are not only using the product, they are recommending it.
